Demonstrations & Pilots

Evidence, by design.

A demonstration is only worth what its measurement protocol can prove. DFGD scopes pilots that are small enough to say yes to and structured enough to produce evidence a buyer can act on — then carries that evidence into capture, acquisition and deployment.

01 — The Pathway

From operational need to scale, one gate at a time.

  1. 01
    Operational Need

A relevant endurance problem, named by the operators who own it.

  2. 02
    Platform / Mission Assessment

Which vehicles, generators or systems carry the problem — and what a win would measure.

  3. 03
    Demonstration

A structured demonstration or pilot, scoped small enough to say yes to.

  4. 04
    Measurement

Fuel demand, efficiency and endurance against a baseline, on the operator's own numbers.

  5. 05
    Validation

Results reviewed with the customer and qualified to the applications evaluated.

  6. 06
    Capture

Acquisition pathways, procurement vehicles, program and prime alignment.

  7. 07
    Deployment

From validated pilot to fielded and fleet-installed capability.

  8. 08
    Scale

Manufacturing, workforce and economic development built around the growth.

Demonstrate
Small enough to say yes to. Structured enough to prove.
02 — The Pilot Protocol

Six steps, run the same way every time.

Commercial fleet or military demonstration, the discipline is identical — the operator's own baseline, a fixed protocol, and results that belong to the data.

  1. 01
    Select

Units and routes that represent the fleet or formation.

  2. 02
    Baseline

Current fuel use and duty cycle, measured before anything changes.

  3. 03
    Install

    Retrofit the participating units only.

  4. 04
    Operate & monitor

Normal operations while the data accumulates.

  5. 05
    Measure

    Outcomes compared against the baseline.

  6. 06
    Review

Results walked with the operator; the next decision framed.

03 — How Results Are Stated

Measured outcomes — never universal claims.

Technology results are stated as measured or observed outcomes from specific pilots and conditions. Every relationship and result on this site is labeled by what the record supports:

Strategic AllianceStrategic PartnerCustomerPilot / Demonstration ParticipantOrganization EngagedCustomer-Reported ResultValidated ResultProspective OpportunityConditional Purchase Commitment
Engagements demonstrate relevance and interest — they are not represented as contracts or validated performance unless the record supports that classification.
